These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the vipph2 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at vipph2.net (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by vipph2 ("we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on vipph2, you ("Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and the vipph2 Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you access the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. vipph2 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

To register and maintain an account on vipph2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines pursuant to applicable PAGCOR regulations. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be located in, a citizen of, or a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of vipph2, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform or from any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

vipph2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

Each eligible player may register only one (1) account on vipph2. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. vipph2 is not responsible for errors or delays caused by inaccurate information provided by the player.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations, vipph2 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, or equivalent)
• Proof of current residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash account name matching registration details, or equivalent)

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your vipph2 login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify vipph2 immediately via email if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. vipph2 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

vipph2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20), and Coins.ph. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ₱10 (or equivalent in USDT)
• GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly to your vipph2 balance upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and inter-bank clearing times.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• vipph2 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment method availability.
• Verified accounts (completed KYC) typically receive GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals requested during weekends, Philippine public holidays, or periods of high volume may take longer to process.
• vipph2 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it reasonably deems suspicious under AML obligations.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

vipph2 complies fully with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and applicable AMLC regulations. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. vipph2 is required by law to report covered and suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Players who use the Platform to launder funds or conduct any other financially illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and permanently banned.

vipph2 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on each promotion page and typically ranges from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Time Limits: All bonuses must be claimed and the associated wagering requirements completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and other game types may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured deposits designed to exploit promotions, or coordinated play — will have their bonuses cancelled and their account reviewed for potential suspension.
• Eligibility: Promotions are available to players who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated. vipph2 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

All games available on the vipph2 platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, sabong, bingo rooms, and fish hunter games such as Captain Fisher and Bird Catcher — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All casino game outcomes on vipph2 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure that all game results are genuinely random, unbiased, and not influenced by vipph2 or any player.

6.2 Sports Betting & Live Events

Sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules published for each sport and market type. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, vipph2's decision — made in good faith in accordance with published rules — is final. vipph2 is not responsible for errors made by official sports governing bodies or data providers.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure during any gaming session, vipph2 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stake to the player's account balance. No compensation beyond the voided stake will be offered in connection with a technical malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.4 Payout Percentages

vipph2 publishes the theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games on each game's information page. Actual results for individual players will differ from theoretical RTP due to the inherent variance of random outcomes. Published RTPs represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vipph2 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance and bonuses, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by vipph2
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing cards in poker-type games or coordinating bets to exploit bonus mechanics
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other activity prohibited under Philippine law
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed with payment providers without first raising the matter with vipph2 support
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings resulting from exploited errors will be voided
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure
• Creating or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, deposit limits, or self-exclusion measures

vipph2 is deeply committed to responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful. vipph2 provides the following tools and resources to help players stay in control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on how long you can remain logged into a gaming session without a break.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic notifications that display your net gaming activity over a chosen time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from vipph2 for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked and you will not be able to access any games or deposit funds. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gaming by temporarily suspending your account for a period of your choosing.

vipph2 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and employs age verification technology to prevent underage access to the Platform. Any player who suspects a minor has accessed the Platform should contact our support team immediately.

All content on the vipph2 platform — including but not limited to the vipph2 brand name, logo, visual design, game artwork, software, text, graphics, user interface elements, and proprietary game mechanics — is the exclusive intellectual property of vipph2 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software
• Use the vipph2 name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context without prior written authorisation
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content

Any unauthorised use of vipph2 intellectual property constitutes an infringement of our rights and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipph2 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical errors, connection failures, or device malfunction on the player's side
• Losses arising from delayed or failed deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers
• Any loss of data, goodwill, business opportunity, or profits
• Decisions made by the player based on information displayed on the Platform

vipph2's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits vipph2's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

vipph2 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By registering an account on vipph2, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and customer support purposes
• Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations
• All data is stored on servers protected by industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption

vipph2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, vipph2 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the vipph2 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players may raise complaints through our official support channel at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the following process:

• Complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution process for matters within PAGCOR's jurisdiction
• Legal proceedings shall be filed in the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, to whose jurisdiction both parties irrevocably submit

Nothing in this clause prevents vipph2 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
